Devein the meat of the lobster without breaking the shell, marinate the lobster meat with salt, ginger-garlic paste and lemon juice and set it aside for 20 minutes. Take a bowl and mix cream cheese, almond paste, cashewnut paste, saffron, green chilli, chopped javetri, cardamom powder, white pepper powder, cream, salt, salad oil and butter. Marinate the lobster again with the ingredients above and set it aside for 1 hour. Then cook in a moderately hot tandoor till done. Apply butter on top.
