Get a hang of the perfect creamy risotto from Chef Alexandre Seince. Alliance Francaise Bengaluru and Café Noir are back with their monthly cooking demo session that will have the chef making the Northern Italian rice dish which is cooked in a broth to a creamy consistency. The broth can be derived from meat, fish, or vegetables. Many types of Risotto contain butter, wine, and onion. It is one of the most common ways of cooking rice in Italy.
Chef Alexandre’s Program:
– Mushroom risotto prepared with different variety of mushrooms for best flavors
– Chicken risotto cooking with chicken breast, vegetable and pesto cream. The best recipe for chicken lovers.
Organised in collaboration with Café Noir Restaurants, this will be a monthly affair with different themes for each session.
