The culinary voyages of Jimmy Rocks have now brought the Arabian Nights to Kochi 

The Kochi Marriott’s Jimmy Rocks culinary quest for the best delicacies across the globe has recently halted at the Arabic Belt of the Mediterranean region. During the discovery he has met the culinary duo “FAHAD & RABIH” from Al Bustan Palace, A Ritz Carlton Hotel, Muscat, Oman. Their expertise will introduce the best of the Mediterranean region at Kochi Kitchen restaurant at the Kochi Marriott from 11th till 31 st August 2017 from 07:00 pm till 11:00 pm every day. The festival features delicacies crafted by the culinary experts and the list includes Lebanese Cold Mezze, Lebanese Hot Mezze, Fatayar, Manakish, the ever popular Shish Touk, Shuwa, Moussaka, Omani Soup, Makloubah, Shawarma, Shakriya, Ouzi, Sayadiyah, desserts like Umm Ali, Shekkelaban, Roumush Esset, Roumush Coconut, Khabil Ghazelle, Basima and more.


Sunday brunches on 13 th , 20 th and 27 th August 2017 will also embrace the festival theme and food. Live music entertainment and live counters will also be featured. Both Fahad & Rabih are veterans of the Middle Eastern fine-dining cuisine and is all set to take over Kochi Kitchen to bring Mediterranean ambrosia at its finest. Arabic cuisine is known for an amalgamation of unique ingredients and spices; and is often considered centuries old, resembling the culture of great trading in spices, herbs and foods. Fahad & Rabih will be showcasing their exceptional and creative culinary skills with signature dishes and their favorites at Kochi Kitchen.
