The Iftar Will Be Curated By Four Chefs From Across The Country
Chef Afroj Alam from Lucknow, Chef Virendra Kumar from Delhi, Chef Biplob Debnath from Kolkata and Chef Hemwati Nandan from Hyderbad are all set to craft an authentic Iftar offering at Kochi Kitchen from 15th May till 15th June from sunset till 11:00 pm, buffet dinner.
The restaurant will embrace the unique hues of Ramadan along with special beverages like Laban, roohafza , break delicacies like dates and various nuts.
The chefs would feature their specialties like Dlipasand Biriyani, Gwalmandi Nihari, Mahi Akbari, Dhaka Chicken, Hyderabadi Marag, and Lucknow special kebabas, kormas, zardi and more. Kerala special Malabari snacks and desserts would also be featured in the buffet.
The hotel has a dedicated prayer room and compass available on request. “We wanted to offer a different yet refreshing Ramadan experience at Kochi Marriott this year and that was the reason to bring in the delicacies of 4 chefs from India” said Chef Prakash Chettiyar, Executive Chef, Kochi Marriott Hotel.
