DMK’S Women’s wing Secretary and Rajya Sabha MP Kanimozhi led a silent procession to the Anna Memorial to pay respects to late M.Karunanidhi at his burial site.
More than 500 women from all over Tamil Nadu took part in the march from the Government Guest House in Chepauk to Anna Memorial in spite of the heavy downpour. Kanimozhi was accompanied by Vijaya Thayanban and former Minister A.Tamilarasi.
