‘The Square’, hotel’s all- day dining restaurant offers the best of local and international flavours. Delectable buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner and an artfully curated a-la-carte menu is served round the clock at this enticing restaurant. The light, airy space reflects chic modernity with thin black chandeliers hanging from an ebony panelled ceiling. While floor to ceiling windows adorn one side of the restaurant, letting in natural light, the design is further accentuated by modern inspiration of the traditional architecture of Kerala.

A roaring brick oven welcome the guests with the refreshing aroma of its fresh bake. Headed by Chef G V Ramesh, the 100 seater restaurant is a symbol of understated sophistication and sheer modernity. It is set apart by its minimalism in design and diversity in flavour profile. “At
Square, on one hand, we strive to explore and understand the local cuisine and elevate it to a fine dining experience, while on the other, we try to create an original experience of international flavours for our guests. We strongly believe good food comes from good produce. Hence we take great efforts to ensure great quality for all the produce we source,” explains Chef Ramesh. The restaurant features one of the largest buffets in the city with a great dessert spread. The restaurant hosts food festivals that offer a culinary extravaganza of flavours for its guests. “Food fest allows us to bring in variety and more life to the restaurant. Our last food fest ended just a few days ago. The Great Oriental Thattukada, is a recurring theme, and on its second installation we had focused on the delicacies from China. We also have plans to tantalize your tastebuds in the month of April, so stay tuned,” exclaims Chef. The world famous, New Zealand Lamb Chops, is an absolute must try and is served with chargrilled vegetables, a soft mash and a luscious marrow glaze. “I recommend it medium rare, with a generous serving mash by the side” Chef adds in. The hotel also boasts of great thin crust pizzas. The pepperoni pizza in particular, with soft mozzarella, the smoky hint of meat and basil leaves, is a crowd pleaser. There is also a selection of gluten free pasta to choose from.

‘The Bar’, a quaint waterhole is the perfect hub to relax by yourself or to unwind with your friends and colleagues. Rich with an old school charm, the Bar serves a great selection of pours, speciality mixes and quick bites. “At the Bar, we do not believe in Happy hours, hence we have designed a Happy Menu, that is not bound by time, or limited in choices” quotes Roshan Shahi, the F&B Manager. Keeping the classics apart there is a selection of locally inspired, nostalgic flavours like the Rum kulukki sarbath and a vodka spiked spicy guava. The mixes are paired with a well curated menu featuring comfort foods from across the world. This includes crowd pleasers like peri peri chicken and double fried pork to more humble delicacies like keema pav and vada pav sliders.

“This month we have planned a meat and beer festival at the Bar, paying homage to the ‘made in heaven’ combo,” says Chef. If you are planning meetings or family gatherings, the hotel has three spaces that can cater to a small party of 12 to large groups of 200. The hotel’s dedicated team goes to great lengths to customise events for its guests. The other highlights at this property include the beautiful infinity pool on the terrace, a state of the art fitness centre overlooking the pool, a souvenir shop and the Tattva Spa and Salon that offers a carefully selected menu of modern therapies. What’s more? The hotel will soon launch the Sun Deck, a premium watering hole by the infinity pool that offers a picturesque view of the Infopark and a great selection of light European fare and barbeque with Cocktails to indulge in. It will be the perfect hotspot to hang out with friends and relish some great food!
