Islamic State claims responsibility for Lanka blasts

The Islamic State claimed responsibility for the devastating bomb blasts in Sri Lanka on Easter Sunday and named the 7 suicide bombers. In a statement issued in it’s propoganda news agency, it said that the executioner’s of the attack targeted citizens of coalition states and Christians. The bombers were identified as Abu Ubayda, Abu Al Mukhtar, Abu Khalil,  Abu Hamza, Abu Al Bara, Abu Muhammad and Abu Abdullah.

The death toll has crossed 320 and could still go up as nearly 500 people are admitted in hospital and some are critical. The number of Indians who were killed in the blast has gone up to 10.
