A 35 year old Indian man has been charged with sexual abuse of a woman on board a British Airways flight. Airport sources revealed that one Ganesan who was travelling from London to Chennai was drunk and he misbehaved with the woman who sat next to him on the flight. When the Air hostess came to sort out the issue, he verbally abused her.
It was then that the other passengers came to the rescue of the harassed woman, beat the man and made him sit in a separate cabin till the plane reached Chennai. When the flight reached Chennai Airport, he was handed over to the airport police. After conducting an enquiry for three hours, he was let off with a warning as the concerned woman did not file any written complaint against him.
