Indian delicacies during the ‘Make in India’ Week

Known for one of their key brand pillars of Gastronomy, Sofitel Mumbai BKC pays tribute to the ‘Make in India’ Week offering its guests rich culinary treasures from the vibrant states of India.

This rich menu has been curated by Maharaj Jankidas Vaishnav, the specialty chef of Tuskers, which will feature dishes such as Mawa Kachori, Bharwan Bati, Dal Panchmeli, Ker Sangri ki Subzi, Malpua with Rabdi to name a few.

With traditional artefacts placed on every table and every ambassador dressed in the traditional pagdi at Tuskers, the guests are sure to experience the magic of Mewar come alive. Adding to the grandeur, the hotel has also organised a Rajasthani bangle maker, traditional puppet shows and dance performances to entertain their guests.

A brand new menu curated by specialty chef Shadab Admad, Sofitel Mumbai BKC’s signature restaurant, Jyran – Tandoor Dining and Lounge, promises to reignite the charm of the Northwest Frontier cuisine. With delicacies such as Parat Dar Paneer, Murgh Bibi Ka Pulao, Gandana Ka Saag and Kulchas such as Pickled Chicken, Lamb Kheema and Cauliflower and Chilli, Jyran will serve up flavours of a regal feast during the ‘Make in India’ Week.
