Hyderabad, April 19, 2016….Human connect is the key to happiness. Happiness is being searched constantly for every one all over the globe. Happiness cant be found through a Google search. It is just a way of life said American born Sadhvi turned, doctorate from Stanford University, Sadhvi Bhagwati Saraswatiji while addressing 300 plus gathering of FLO members on “Happiness the way of life”.
Speaking further she said, you cant be happy tomorrow, day after tomorrow. You cant be happy yesterday or month ago. You can only experience happy in present moment. Happiness is not the commodity that can be placed order on any e commerce site by click of the mouse. Happiness is within you. Happiness is doing what you like to do or like what you are doing.
Happiness cant be dowloadable like we download Apps. Technology is keeps us worrying. Adds to our woes. People were happy there there was no technology. By its nature Technology is designed to do things for us. But, it cant enforce happiness on you she said
When asked how did her parents receive her decision to be a Sandhvi and remain in India for ever, that somebody who did doctorate from the most prestigious University like Stanford, Sadhvi replied that for parents their happiness is seeing their children happy and keep them happy. So they were happy because I was going to be happy by doing what I decided to do rest of my life.
Replying to another question about her turning point, she replied, my turning point was to discover the source of happiness within myself she replied to which audience responded with thunderous applause.
Padma Rajgopal responding announced theme for the year “Aspire to Inspire”. She also unveiled her programs for the year, some of which include “Technology at your finger tips”; “Design your personality”; “Humans are not for sale” and “Telangana Vaibhavam” etc.
Nidhi Swarup, YFLO Chairperson also briefed about YFLO programs for the year.
Pinky Reddy was felicitated on being elected as National Vice President of FLO for the current year. She will become National President of FLO in 2018.
Responding to the felicitation, Pinky Reddy said, she is the first Telugu lady to get a place in the national board of the FLO and she would live upto the expectations of the members of the FLO. She thanked her mentors who brought her into the FLO. She expressed happiness for the recognition Hyderabad Chapter got nationally.
