Chocolate manufacturer Nestle has good news for chocolate lovers. They have found a way to make sugarless chocolates. They rely on left over materials from cocoa plants to be used as sweetening material. Consumers can now get natural and healthy chocolate. The company is using a patented technique to turn the white pulp that covers cocoa beans into a powder that contains natural sugar. Nestle will soon bring into the market KitKat chocolate bars with 70 percent dark chocolate by using the new recipe which is sugar free.

Till date, the pulp has been thrown out and has never been used as a sweetener for chocolate. Alexander Von Maillot, the head of Nestle’ s confectionery business said that they will now make healthier products and that they would use the same procedure to make milk or white chocolate as well.
