Local celebrities walked the ramp at the Teach For Change Fashion Show Fundraiser. The evening featured Bengaluru’s socialites and celebrities participating in the fashion show at the Shangri-La Hotel to help raise money to improve government school literacy standards. Celebrities like Lakshmi Manchu, Pranitha Subash, Kavya Shetty and Sumalatha Ambareesh walked the runway, choreographed by fashion director Neeraj Gaba in sarees by Sailesh Singhania and jewellery by C Krishniah Chetty. Other eminent personalities included Ashok Kheny, Member of Parliament and MD NICE. Supporting the initiative, Suman Reddy, MD, Pegasystems India said, “As Teach For Change continues to expand its reach, we are delighted to extend our support to them in this endeavour. The impact Pega Teach For Change is making towards the education system is a matter of immense pride to us, and we will continue to back them in enhancing the quality of education for children who have little access to it.”
