Farah Khan and Rohit Shetty collaborate to make Bollywood’s biggest action comedy

To all the movie buffs out there Simmba director Rohit Shetty and Happy New Year director  Farah Khan are coming together to deliver a commercial blockbuster. Yes, you read it right, choreographer turned filmmaker Farah Khan, will direct Bollywood’s biggest action comedy, which will be produced by another blockbuster filmmaker Rohit Shetty, who recently delivered a huge money-spinner in the form of Ranveer Singh’s Simmba.

Making a big official announcement this morning, Rohit revealed that he will be joining hands with Farah Khan Kunder for the biggest action comedy. The film will be helmed by Farah under his production house, Rohit Shetty Pictures. Farah Khan had choreographed the popular track Gerua from Rohit Shetty’s Dilwale, which was romantic chartbuster of that year.

Since both the filmmakers know the choice of audience, fans are expecting this film to be a huge winner at the ticket windows. Since two big names have joined hands for this project, there will be a huge lead cast for it. On the professional front, Rohit Shetty recently headed to Goa for the first schedule of Akshay Kumar’s Sooryavanshi. Talking about the cop-actioner, Akki portrays the role of ATS (Anti-terrorist squad) chief named Veer Sooryavanshi. The film marks the first collaboration between Akshay and Rohit and is scheduled to hit the screens in December this year.
