Pragyan Ojha, Cricketer: My strictest diet was in 2016, where I was only on fruits and green vegetables for one week. The idea was to detox my body and not gain weight as I had an injury. I wasn’t able to train due to the injuries so decided to eat clean instead. I lost three kilos in seven days.
