Come February and you can ring in the festivities of the Chinese New Year. 2019 marks the YEAR OF THE PIG. According to the Chinese zodiac and culture, the pig is symbolic of wealth, good fortune and consistency.

Keeping the notions of the Chinese traditions in mind, Mainland China is once again set to host a grand feasting extravaganza celebrating the Chinese New Year. Through a specialised festive menu, Chef de Cuisine Chef Rajesh Kumar Dubey has ensured to bring his expertise into curating some of his authentic Chinese favourites.

Starting with an array of dimsums and starters which include Poached Asparagus and Water Chestnut Dumplings, Barbecued Sliced Chicken with Leeks & Onions, a new variant of Pink Pepper Prawns & Crispy Bombay Duck with Lemon and Chilli Aioli, among many others. The mains boast of a range of new additions like Dongan Vegetables, Burmese vegetable Curry, Steamed Pomfret with Roasted Chilli Sauce and Vietnamese Prawns in a Clay Pot. There are many more options to relish from and just one visit to the festivity won’t suffice.
