The Italian Seafood Festival at Casino Hotel promises to tantalise your taste buds!

Amore Italian Seafood? If you answered , you’re up for a treat. The Italians are known for their secret family recipes, fresh seafood and simple but delicious cooking.  We have so much in common; it’s going to be a very exciting experience seeing what Chef Unni of Casino Hotel is going to do with the fresh local seafood from the shores of Kochi. I’ve heard he’s got a few tricks up his sleeve. One clue is the menu.

You’ve got 17 beautiful dishes to choose from – seafood minestrone soup, lobster arancini, home-made Tagliolini pasta with smoked salmon and crème, Arborio rice tossed with lobster and cheese, Calamari stuffed with polenta, and more. Of course, the entire menu is in Italian, so I had to translate it for you. But what was not lost in translation is the authentic way the chef is going to prepare the dishes, just like you would find in the fine dining establishments of Rome, Palermo, Naples and Venice. So, if you’re as excited as I am about ‘Amore Seafood?’, which by the way is the name of their Italian Seafood Festival, you’ll find me there from the 22nd to the 24th of September (yes, every evening between 7 and 11 pm) enjoy seafood and taking full advantage of their buy-two-get-one-free offer on select beverages. Want to join me? Call the Fort Cochin Seafood Specialty Restaurant at Casino Hotel, Kochi on 7558942235 and reserve your experience.
