Diners of Chennai, can begin their meal with appetizers such as Marinated chicken in chili Sichuan style, Wok tossed banana chili, black bean, ginger (v), followed by Soups such as Lamb soup, black pepper, ginger, Chinese cabbage, tofu Soup (v) and Dimsums such as Leeks, egg dumpling, Steamed Chinese cabbage, black fungus, glass noodle filled dough (v). From the Main Course, one can savour Braised chicken, mushroom, bamboo shoot, Tofu, vegetables with black fungus, soya sauce, XO fried rice with egg, Stir fried vegetable noodle, fragrant chili and many more.
