Crazy social media challenges that rocked the internet!

Social media challenges are not new to netizens. Whether it is the ice-bucket challenge, fitness challenge or momo challenge, they have always been there amusing the social media users. We saw netizens going crazy after some insane, risky and whacky challenges. Here is a list of challenges that rocked the internet recently.

Kiki Challenge:

The song’s lines “Kiki, do you love me?” shot to quick and immense popularity and so Kiki challenge too went viral rapidly, especially among the teenage section. The challenge involved the person taking it to jump out of a slowly moving car and dance to the song along with the moving vehicle while the person behind the steering shot the video. Needless saying, despite the involved risks the challenge went insanely viral transcending geographical boundaries and police all across the world, had to issue earning and alerts against the challenge.

Dele Alli:

As the craze of Kiki challenge mellowed down a bit, a new social media challenge named Dele Alli Challenge got the netizens hooked. It was made popular by footballer Dele Alli. First, the challenge required creating a finger loop covering an eye, just like the football star did in a viral post. However, the challenge got tough later as the footballer posted an image covering both his eyes using loops made by fingers. It all started since then. The internet went crazy trying to copy Alli, every now and then you would come across a video where people could be seen attempting the challenge.

Karma is a Bitch:

The Karma is a Bitch challenge is a new social trend that involves staring into the camera, saying ‘karma is a bitch’, throwing a scarf or sheet up to cover your face, then letting it drop to reveal your best self – whether that’s you in a great outfit or with on-point makeup.

Bottle Cap Challenge: 

The Bottle Cap Challenge reportedly originated on June 25, courtesy of Taekwondo instructor and fighter Farabi Davletchin. But it went viral after mixed martial-artist Max Holloway tried it out followed by several other celebrities. More on that later. A bottle is placed on a table with its cap loosely fixed on it. The person trying it out is required to untwist the cap with a roundhouse kick. Note: The cap should just fly off the bottle, which should remain stationary at that particular moment. Yes, that’s quite a task. Also, the entire challenge has to be recorded Slow Motion Mein to understand whether you’ve actually made it.

10 Year Challenge:

The 10-Year Challenge, or 2009 vs. 2019 Challenge, or the Glow Up Challenge, or the How Hard Did Aging Hit You Challenge, whatever you want to call it, is simple: You post a photo of yourself in 2009 next to a photo of yourself in 2019. Caption it whatever you want.
