Barbeques and Wine at The Bengaluru Brasserie

Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore along with world renowned wine connoisseur and Brand Director of Fratelli Wines, Craig W. Wedge hosted a wine and barbeque lunch with some of the finest wines and grills recently at The Bengaluru Brasserie. The interactive lunch was followed by a fun grape stomping session by the pool. The lunch saw a spread of grills and barbeque creations like Barbequed Turducken, Spatchcock grills, shoe string potatoes and more specially curated by Chef Manish Uniyal of Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore, paired with a selection of wine recommended by connoisseur Craig Wedge who also educated guests on the different varieties of wine and wine pairing with food.
