So the dreadful Monday is here and you’re feeling down and out. You can banish the blues by doing exactly this:

  • Head out for a morning walk to a nearby garden or beach and relax amidst nature’s bounty.
  • Treat yourself to a muffin or cupcake for mid-snack on a Monday.
  • Instead of going for a Friday lunch with colleagues, why not a Monday lunch?
  • Even if your day was tiring, relax in the evening with some soothing music.
