Foodies in Bangalore are rejoicing as a new restaurant, Yellow Chilli, opens. A casual dining restaurant known for its exclusivity and a touch of simplicity, the restaurant offers Indian food drawn from the North-West Frontier cuisine with exotic picks from the regions of Punjab and the Mughal Era.
The menu bears Master Chef Sanjeev Kapoor’s stamp of authority with quite a few of his signature dishes like Peru Pyala (Guava juice, lemon juice with a hint of mint syrup); Lalla Mussa Dal (Black lentil in signature style- it is our pride but neighbor’s envy); Shaam Savera (spinach koftas filled with creamed cottage cheese and served floating on a velvety tomato butter gravy); Zannat-E-Numa (for the potato lover – an exotic stuffed version in green spinach gravy.
