Anti-inflammatory drugs may put you at heart attack risk

Anti-inflammatory medicines may increase the risk of heart diseases, warned the American Heart Association.

According to a recent study, both decongestants and non-steroidal anti-inflammatories (NSAIDs), used in many cold medicines, were classified as medications that may increase blood pressure.

Patients who used these drugs have more chances of having a heart attack compared to others, added the study.
