The cocktail and dinner spread at their first anniversary included cold cuts like the Mortadella, compressed watermelon and feta with rocket and aged balsamic and fresh salads. Molecular gastronomy was used to prepare various types of spherifications like a Bloody (Virgin) Mary spheres, Orange spheres with beetroot garnished with orange caviar and Parmesan Spheres with mushroom ragout. Cured salmon infused with vodka and beetroot was carved live and served with its traditional accompaniments. There was also Hickory and fennel smoked chunks of sea bass. There was a Thai Khow Suey being freshly prepared and served with its assorted accompaniments. The dessert counter served freshly baked chocolates cakes and Mysore Pak Cheesecake besides other sweets.
